Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Meetin sells coins, a digital currency used inside the Meetin app. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Delivery time

Coins are credited to the Meetin account you are signed in with immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You will see the new balance on the Recharge screen and in Coin History.

If coins do not arrive

If your coins have not arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email meetinsupport27@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID. Unresolved payments are refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
